Do you pick up rentals same day?
Yes, although same day pick up is a add on. It requires us to send out driver(s) to pick up rentals that same evening.
$75 fee- same day pick up charge before 8pm.
$125 fee- same day pick up charge after 8pm.
Fees are only added to quote with customer request.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, to book we require 50% as deposit or a full payment.
Do you set up the rentals at delivery?
Our crew can setup inside your home, front yard, backyard, garage or business
All tents and inflatables are set up by our crew. All other rental equipment is set up by customer. We can set up chairs, tables and linens for an additional fee. Please call us to discuss your order.
Can I pick up my rentals with my own vehicle?
Yes! Please call to discuss.
Do you have a showroom?
Our location is not fit to display all of our rentals therefore only available online.
Do you come out to inspect or measure our space for a quote?
Yes, For in person quotes, there is a fee of $60. We inspect, measure and suggest the correct rentals for your event.
I need to cancel can I get a refund?
No, All payments are final and nonrefundable

PAYMENT IN FULL OR HALF IN DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS.
YOU MAY PAY OVER THE PHONE OR PAY VIA INVOICE.
A PAID INVOICE WILL BE SENT. ONCE YOU RECEIVE A INVOICE, YOU MAY MAKE CHANGES AT ANY TIME.
Reservation Length: All regular prices are for an all day rental term. We can drop off a day or two before event and pick up the day after event or can take 2-3 days after event. Same day pick up is available (additional fee may be applied). Earliest deliveries start from 8am on the day of the event and can range to the customers desired delivery time. If booking online please specify on the notes section*
Delivery: Delivery times should be arranged about 2-4 hours before the start of your event; however, deliveries will be made between 8AM and your reservation time (this is necessary in order to meet all customers' requested reservation times).
Pickup: Pickup's will begin from 8am and as late as 9pm If you are finished using the bouncers before the pickup time, you may simply unplug the unit until the driver arrives for pickup.
SITE PREPARATION: Customer must make sure setup site is ready, (i.e. lawns mowed, vehicles/obstacles out of the way, animal feces removed, setup location cleared) before driver is scheduled to arrive. If the site is not ready or accessible when the driver arrives, or if rented equipment cannot be moved directly on site (extra handling involved) the customer may be charged an additional fee. If site is not prepared driver might be forced to leave and reschedule your delivery at a later time, in which case a delivery fee may be applied.
Weather: LAKE FOREST PARTY RENTALS cannot guarantee weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your inflatable/tent prior to delivery if severe weather conditions are imminent or if we have any reason to believe that the inflatable equipment and/or its users may be in danger. Some examples of severe weather are high winds, excessive rain, snow, and lightening. In the event of severe weather during a rental, customer agrees that he /she/they will unplug the inflatable/tent, allow it to deflate/takedown, and not use until the severe weather ends. Chairs, Tables, and other rental equipment are an exception.
When renting a inflatable:
Supervision: The safety of the children depends on you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required at all times. As the lessee of this inflatable unit, the safety of all the riders is your responsibility. As the adult supervisor, you should position yourself in close proximity of the entrance to the ride and be prepared to assist riders when they enter/exit the ride.
DO NOT enter inflatable unless attendant is on duty!
Follow attendant or operator instructions at all times.
Remove all sharp and pointed objects before entering.
Remove shoes, eyeglasses, and jewelry before entering.
No food, gum, drinks, pets, or sprays inside unit.
No tumbling, flipping, wrestling, chasing, or piling on others.
No rough play inside inflatable units.
No unevenly matched users.
Do not enter inflatable if you are pregnant or have any physical problems.
Do not play near the entrance or exit. Do not jump against, climb, or play near the sides or walls.
If weather conditions get bad, or if the inflatable begins to deflate, stop playing, remain calm, and carefully exit the inflatable.
DO NOT use inflatables during inclement weather (rain, hale, or when winds exceed 20mph).
Only one rider sliding at a time.
Inflatable Slides: correct sliding method is seated, feet in front of you. Do Not Slide head first.
Shoes/Glasses/Jewelry: All riders MUST REMOVE SHOES, GLASSES, AND ALL LOOSE JEWELRY before playing in the inflatable.
Pre-existing Health Conditions: Pregnant women, individuals with pre-existing injuries, and others susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in or on the inflatable unit at any time.
Flipping/Wrestling/Piling: Improper use of the inflatable includes flipping in the air, wrestling, and riders piling on themselves. Such activity may result in neck and back injuries to riders.
Installation: Do not remove the inflatable from the area where it was installed. If the inflatable unit moves, pull it by one of its corners back to its original location of installation. Keep the inflatable unit away from swimming pools and other sources of water at all times.
Wet and Dry Slide: Feet first slides only do not slide down head first. No rolling, flipping or tumbling down the slide. Come down the slide up the stairs do not run up the slide. One person at a time going up the stairs
Deflation: Should the unit begin to deflate, do the following: First, have all children exit the unit immediately. Next, if the motor has stopped, make sure that it has not been unplugged. If the motor is still running, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage, and check both blower tubes on the inflatable unit to make sure that they are tightly tied off. Never allow riders in or on a partially inflated unit.
VERY IMPORTANT
Negligence or Abuse: The following fees may be assessed for negligence or abuse of inflatable
1. Spilled food, drink, dirt, grass, mud will result in a $50 - $100 cleaning fee.
2. The use of SAND OR SILLY STRING will result in a $100-$200 cleaning fee.
2. Negligence and damage to unit could result in a $100-$500 repair Fee.
3. If unit is not repairable a fee of $1,000-$10,000 could result.
4. Deflating unit in the rain could result in a $25-$100 cleaning, pumping and drying fee
